Our website is an 'Information Only' site and you cannot order directly on-line for the following reasons:
1) Our financially mismanaged Federal Government is about to enact 'sales tax legislation' which will force on-line merchants to collect individual sales taxes from all 50 states for on-line merchandise sales. Since we ask you to call us (see phone numbers below), fax us, or send us your checks via 'snail mail' we believe this approach will be a possible loop hole ( technically not an 'on-line' sale) to save you money and us the headache of collecting and reporting sales to all 50 different states.
2) A good part of our inventory represents individual unique one-of-a-kind gems. Maintenance of website links for sold out items and additions (1,000's in-and-out per month) would be a huge headache. The way or site is set up now it is very easy to update weekly and if you bear with us - easy for you to order your gems. When you call you will be able to talk to a REAL PERSON (usually me - Dr Edward J Nowak, Jr), ask questions and order.
